• Support/ Dev experience within Media/ finance/ back-office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer Service experience, speaking to people of all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Jira, Bitbucket/Github)
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps/JIRA or other dev ops systems.
• Experience in Release management.
• Confident in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Analytical thinking - ability to interpret and manipulate data in a logical manner.
• Experience of working with internal functions including service desk.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage an array of information and collaborate with others to meet deadlines.
• Ability to clearly present and explain information, to non-financial or non-technical staff members.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, while confident working independently.
• Experience in gathering data input, output, and integration requirements for projects.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• 5+ years experience in a support/ development role.
• Knowledge of Azure/Cloud solutions.
• .NET 4/3.5, C#, ASP, WPF, T-SQL, MVC, TDD, WFC, Rhino Mocks, nHibernate, SQL Integration Services, SQL Analysis Services.
