Job Description:
We are looking for experienced L2 Support Engineers to join the Master Data Management (MDM) team. The team is responsible for maintaining and supporting the TIBCO EBX platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity across business-critical systems.
- Provide Level 2 support for TIBCO EBX-based MDM platform, including incident resolution, service requests, and problem management.
- Monitor system health, performance, and data flows using available tools and dashboards.
- Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with L3 and development teams for complex issues.
- Execute routine maintenance tasks, data corrections, and configuration updates.
- Support integration flows between EBX and upstream downstream systems.
- Maintain documentation for support procedures, known issues, and resolutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support coverage.
- Ensure compliance with Swiss Res ITSM processes and data governance policies.
Essential Skills:
- Hands-on experience with TIBCO EBX including UI, workflows, and data models.
- Good understanding of Java, SQL, and RESTSOAP APIs for troubleshooting integrations.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) and incident change management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
