We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Consultant to support and enhance complex, scalable, secure, and high-performing application environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver projects efficiently and reliably.

As a senior member of the DevOps function, you will play a key role in driving best practices, automation, and operational excellence while mentoring and coordinating with contractors and technical leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with engineering teams on compiler upgrades, installer testing, and automation enablement.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Integrate and support static code analysis and architecture analysis tools (e.g., Coverity, CodeQL, coverage tools).
• Troubleshoot and debug build and deployment failures (preferably with Gradle or similar build tools).
• Enforce DevOps standards and best practices across teams to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Automate recurring operational processes and optimize build/release workflows.
• Collaborate with SMEs and cross-functional teams to accelerate delivery and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure accountability and delivery of assigned tasks within defined SLA/KPI parameters.
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve recurring issues through automation.
• Support and guide team members and contractors in operational excellence and process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub ecosystem and CI/CD tools such as:
  • GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI, or similar.
• Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies — Docker, Kubernetes, Helm.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Solid programming and scripting skills in Python, Java, and Bash.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible).
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Strong debugging capabilities in C++ build/test failures and third-party tool integrations.
• Familiarity with product support workflows, build automation, and release management.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant DevOps or Cloud certifications are a strong advantage.
