Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
- At least 3+ Years MES end to end implementations experience.
- Must understand Manufacturing Operations and Plant floor working model and business process.
- Align and liaise with the different Plant floor departments, like Quality, Operation, Inventory and Maintenance.
- Proven track record of designing end to end MES solution.
- Good Communication and Articulation skills.
Good-to-Have
- Industry domain experience, preferably in Hi-Tech Or Automotive manufacturing.
- Experience with any MES Tools like Proficy, Rockwell, Apriso-FlexNet etc.
- Additional knowledge of other SAP modules like PP, MM.
- Client facing and team handling.
- Experience with Migration of Data from legacy MES to new MES.
- Know-how of Industry 4.0.
- Awareness about scope of Mobility in Manufacturing space.
