We are seeking a Workday Architect with strong domain expertise in Workday Learning and LMS data modeling. The ideal candidate will drive successful customer rollouts, lead system configuration, and support platform integrations. This role requires both strategic vision and technical proficiency to ensure seamless implementation, optimization, and support of Workday Learning solutions across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, configuration, and deployment of Workday Learning solutions for enterprise clients.
- Provide strategic and technical guidance during customer rollouts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design and implement robust LMS data models to support learning workflows and reporting.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday configurations.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party platforms; familiarity with Power Flow/Platform is a significant plus.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Workday Learning post-deployment.
- Stay current on Workday roadmap features, industry trends, and best practices.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 6–8 years of relevant experience with at least 3+ years focused on Workday Learning.
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday Learning Management System.
- Proven experience in customer rollouts and Workday product implementation.
- Solid hands-on experience in LMS data modeling and system design.
- Strong understanding of Workday configuration and setup processes.
- Experience with cross-platform integrations; knowledge of Power Flow or other integration platforms is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification in Learning or HCM modules.
- Experience working in agile delivery environments.
- Familiarity with reporting and analytics within Workday Learning.
- Exposure to compliance and regulatory training solutions in corporate learning.
