6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for IBM Maximo, including troubleshooting and resolving user-reported issues.
• Work hands-on with all Maximo modules and custom reports.
• Perform custom development and enhancements in Maximo (v7.6.1.2).
• Design and implement Maximo workflows based on business requirements.
• Manage Maximo integrations with third-party systems.
• Set up sites, users, and perform configuration activities.
• Conduct testing activities, including for Maximo handheld devices and third-party applications.
• Resolve customer issues and document resolutions.
• Perform code changes/enhancements and ensure compatibility with other integrated systems.

Technical Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (v7.6.1.2 preferred).
• Strong understanding of Maximo modules, customizations, and reporting.
• Experience in Maximo technical support and end-to-end integration.
• Workflow creation and configuration within Maximo.
• Ability to perform code-level changes and conduct testing (including mobile/handheld support).

• Proven ability to mentor junior team members.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint.
• Skilled in documenting use cases, requirements, and technical specifications.
• Strong team-building and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodology is an added advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
