In-depth technical knowledge of snowflake architecture and operation
Strong relational database and SQL SkillsSolid understanding of snowflake features: Cloning, Share, secure Views, caches, Warehouse sizes and scaling
Thorough working knowledge of all tools and techniques required for area(s) of responsibility and a thorough understanding of the business that the assigned projects are supporting.
Responsible for operations support for snowflake: Warehouse, User, Database, Schema, roles managementProvide expert support to optimize the snowflake workloads
Identify anomalies and report to management: Incorrect grants, violations of environment barriers, incorrect warehouse sizesWork with end users to resolve issues
Complete user request and ServiceNow tasks on the timely manner
Participate in on-call rotation and support off hour support
Prioritizes work and manages projects within established budget objectives and customer priorities
