The Smartsheet Analyst/Consultant is responsible for leveraging Smartsheet to analyze project and operational data to generate actionable insights.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track KPIs and performance.
- Clean and manage data within Smartsheet sheets.
- Create data flows that consolidate inputs from different stakeholders.
- Provide recommendations to improve process efficiency and project outcomes.
- Support audit and compliance reporting using Smartsheet documentation.
- Gather business requirements and design scalable Smartsheet solutions.
- Build templates, intake forms, automated workflows, and integrations.
- Develop data connectors and API scripts to link Smartsheet with other systems.
- Provide user training, documentation, and post-deployment support.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to drive digital transformation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 2+ years in a solutions' development role with Smartsheet or other low-code platforms.
- Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Bridge, and Data Shuttle.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Zapier, or Power Automate is a plus.
- Experience with data management and visualization using Smartsheet.
- Strong Excel and Smartsheet reporting skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
