Job Description
10+ Years Relevant Experience
Mandatory Skills
10+ years of experience in ServiceNow Implementation Projects.
Passtionate about technologies and ServiceNow in particular.
Involve as lead developer in multiple ServiceNow projects. Lead a team of developers. Lead and facilitate client meetings.
Coordinate with client and team members and ensure there are no gaps in understanding the requirements.
Conduct requirements gathering workshops and walkthroughs with the customers.
Understand the functional and technical requirements of the application.
Participate in design discussions. Offer technical and functional suggestions for enhancing the application.
Discuss with the client every day, understand and document the requirements. Develop solutions accordingly.
Enter user stories and tasks into Agile Management tool. Update status of the tasks regularly.
Partcipate in SCRUM meetings every day. Implement SCRUM practices in the team.
Work with the QA team. Ensure there are no gaps between the QA team and Dev team.
Write very descriptive user stories based on the requirements.
Conduct technical interviews.
Must have led a team of ServiceNow Developers. Trained, motivated and helped them deliver.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Mandatory experience working directly with customers in US/UK. One-on-one interactions.
Experience in full Implementation of one ServiceNow product (ITSM or CSM or HR or PPM)
Experience in post-production support of ServiceNow implementation.
Desired Skills
Strong experience in ServiceNow platform - any two of - ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, PPM, HRSD
