We are seeking a ServiceNow Employee Center Pro Specialist to design, implement, and optimize the Employee Center Pro portal. The goal is to deliver a seamless, unified employee experience by integrating services across HR, IT, and other business units.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and customize ServiceNow Employee Center Pro to meet business requirements.
- Develop workflows, UI components, and widgets for enhanced user experience.
- Ensure integration with ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and other ServiceNow modules.
User Experience & Design
- Optimize portal usability and accessibility.
- Enhance self-service capabilities through knowledge bases, catalogs, and virtual agents.
Integration & Automation
- Integrate with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Automate processes for request fulfillment, approvals, and case management.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Support
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing technical support.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
- Analyze user behavior and platform usage to drive improvements.
- Ensure governance, security compliance, and performance tuning.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Employee Center Pro, Service Portal, and Knowledge Management.
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, REST APIs.
- Familiarity with integration tools like Integration Hub, MID Server, Web Services.
- Experience with Virtual Agent, AI Search, and Mobile App Configurations.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Employee Center Pro certifications (if available)
