Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Monitor daily incidents and provide resolution to customer.
- In-depth knowledge on SAS Viya admin module hosted on cloud.
- Basic Linux experience.
- Mid-level SQL experience.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Experience in working in Agile methodology and tools like JIRA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required in SAS Viya.
