Job Descritpion of SAP Support Engineer
4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of IT Service Desk or Application Support experience.
- Basic understanding of SAP business processes: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts to Report.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic Troubleshooting: Resolve common process and application issues, user errors, and handle user administration tickets.
- User Guidance: Provide functional support and assist users with SAP tasks.
- Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate complex problems to L2/L3 support teams.
- Knowledge Base Maintenance: Document frequently occurring issues and solutions.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of SAP functional modules like FI, CO, MM, SD.
- Familiarity with SAP transaction codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills for quick issue resolution.
- Effective communication with end users to ensure clarity and resolution.
