4 to 10 Years Relevant Experience
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to manage, configure, and enhance various SuccessFactors modules, ensuring optimal functionality, integration, and user experience. The role requires strong expertise in Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and optionally Employee Central, along with a solid understanding of HR business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting Module (Recruiting Management & Marketing)
- Configure and manage recruiting workflows, templates, and requisition approval processes.
- Integrate recruiting systems with external job boards, assessment tools, and background check providers.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to improve candidate experience and recruiter efficiency.
- Maintain and troubleshoot recruiting-related integrations (e.g., SSO, data feeds, SAP CPI).
Performance & Goals
- Administer performance review cycles and templates (mid-year, annual).
- Configure goal plans, competencies, calibration sessions, and performance forms.
- Partner with People Experience teams to manage the Performance & Development calendar.
- Provide training and support for leaders and employees during review cycles.
Core HR & Employee Central (if applicable)
- Manage employee master data, position management, and workflows in SuccessFactors.
- Ensure synchronization between SuccessFactors and downstream systems (payroll, learning, etc.).
- Monitor data quality and handle escalations with SAP or implementation partners.
System Configuration, Projects & Upgrades
- Participate in bi-annual SAP releases, test new features, and assess business impact.
- Support new module rollouts, enhancements, and data integrations via SAP BTP, CPI, or third-party platforms.
- Document configuration decisions, business processes, and data flows.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years hands-on configuration experience in at least two SuccessFactors modules: Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Employee Central.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (talent acquisition, performance management, etc.).
- Proficient in troubleshooting, test planning, and release management.
- Experience creating reports, analyzing HR metrics, and ensuring data integrity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
