Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in SAP Project Systems implementation, preferably with ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience in full implementation projects for one or more Project archetypes: Customer CapEx, R&D, NPI, Business Transformation, IT Transformation.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for integration with colleagues, users, and business partners globally.
• Experience in documenting requirements clearly to ensure alignment with business stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and drive delivery of IT solutions or GAP analysis to capture business requirements from various stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task on various allocations, and handle stressful situations.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Discrete Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering.
• Any exposure to Packaging Industry, specifically in designing materials for packages for procurement and logistics processes.
• Experience in project implementation involving Manufacturing, Trading, and Selling business models.

Educational Qualifications

• A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school.
