8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for a seasoned SAP PPQM Consultant with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise, configuration skills, and cross-module integration experience to support implementation, enhancements, and support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA PP and QM solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP PP functionalities across Discrete, Repetitive, and Process Manufacturing environments.
• Configure SAP QM processes including Quality Planning, Inspection, Notifications, and Results Recording.
• Integrate PP and QM with other modules like MM, SD, WM, PM, and FI/CO where necessary.
• Develop Functional Specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and deploy custom developments and enhancements.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live readiness activities for PP and QM processes.
• Provide hypercare support post go-live, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Work with end-users and stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimize business processes.
• Leverage Fiori apps and standard S/4HANA features to enhance user experience and efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong configuration and functional knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM.
• In-depth experience with MRP, Demand Management, Capacity Planning, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, and Execution.
• Experience with Master Data setup: BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Versions, Inspection Plans, and Quality Info Records.
• At least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation or major upgrade project.
• Ability to prepare test scripts, perform unit & integration testing, and support UAT.
• Experience with Fiori apps relevant to PP and QM areas.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to SAP Activate Methodology.
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan).
• Experience with interface mapping between SAP and MES or LIMS systems.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid SDLC practices.
