We are looking for a highly experienced SAP CO (Controlling) Consultant with a strong track record of end-to-end SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional expertise in SAP Controlling processes, including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to work independently on configuration, support, and integration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CO functionalities to meet complex business requirements.
• Execute end-to-end implementations of SAP ECC and S/4HANA (minimum two each).
• Deliver ongoing production support and manage system enhancements across multiple support engagements (minimum two).
• Configure and support SAP CO sub-modules:
  • Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
  • Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
  • Internal Orders
  • Product Costing (including Cost Object Controlling, Actual Costing, Material Ledger)
  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA – both costing-based and account-based)
• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS) based on detailed business analysis, and independently test all functional cases.
• Ensure seamless integration of SAP CO with other SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, PP).
• Contribute to key project phases including cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.
• Perform issue analysis, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions within defined SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum two full-cycle ECC implementations and two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations on large enterprise accounts.
• In-depth understanding of SAP Controlling processes and configuration best practices.
• Strong functional and integration knowledge with SAP FI, MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Proficient in preparing functional documentation, test cases, and validation protocols.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot, analyze issues, and drive resolution end-to-end.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred/Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience working with SAP Fiori apps in the CO space.
• Familiarity with Material Ledger and Actual Costing in S/4HANA.
• Experience in SAP Solution Manager for documentation and change management.
• Understanding of Central Finance (CFIN) integration scenarios (optional).
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
