5 to 10 Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with strong expertise in ABAP on HANA, RICEFW objects, and modern SAP development tools. The role involves creating technical specifications, guiding development teams, ensuring code quality, and delivering complex functionalities. You will work closely with functional teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to deliver robust SAP solutions following best practices and project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create technical specifications based on business functional requirements.
• Mentor and guide technical teams on development standards and best practices.
• Define and enforce quality standards for code and technical templates.
• Conduct code reviews and technical design reviews.
• Take ownership of complex functionalities and ensure successful delivery.
• Maintain strong collaboration with customer technical teams and in-house teams.
• Clearly communicate technical requirements and impacts to all stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP on HANA.
• Proficiency in OData services, CDS Views, and Fiori apps.
• Hands-on experience with all RICEFW objects.
• Expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with ALE/IDOC configurations and IDOC interfaces, including job scheduling and event management.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with Web Dynpro.
• Experience with SAP Workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology.
