10 to 13 Years Relevant Experience
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Specialist with extensive experience in Apex development and robust integration capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices for building scalable, secure, and high-performance integrations across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Schedulers) and SOQL/SOSL.
- Implement OAuth 2.0, Named Credentials, and appropriate integration patterns for secure and efficient data exchange.
- Work with advanced Salesforce capabilities such as Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and Streaming APIs to support real-time and event-driven integrations.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions within Salesforce.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Governor Limits, and performance optimization techniques.
- Contribute to integration architecture design and documentation, ensuring alignment with enterprise IT strategies.
- Leverage Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) where applicable for front-end development (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 9+ years of experience in Salesforce development and integration.
- Proven expertise in Apex development and Salesforce integration best practices.
- Solid experience with API protocols, authentication methods, and real-time data exchange.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is preferred.
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer certification is a strong plus.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, Agile teams.
