We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer with hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions, particularly SailPoint IdentityIQ. The ideal candidate will possess strong Java development skills, experience with application onboarding, connector development, and deep understanding of IAM concepts like RBAC and provisioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) features including workflows, rules, provisioning policies, and UI components.
- Onboard business applications and develop connectors using SailPoint IIQ.
- Design and implement RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) models.
- Handle installation, integration, and deployment of SailPoint solutions across client environments.
- Utilize REST APIs and SCIM APIs for application onboarding and integration.
- Customize SailPoint UI using JavaScript and HTML.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint integration and deployment issues.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure successful IAM project delivery.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Proficient in Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL.
- Experience working with REST APIs, Postman, and SCIM.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, and application/web servers.
- Experience on Windows and Unix/Linux platforms.
- Strong understanding of directories (LDAP, Active Directory) and databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with enterprise systems like SAP, PeopleSoft, or Workday is a plus.
- Good understanding of J2EE architecture and SailPoint implementation best practices.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with other IAM provisioning systems like Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell IAM solutions.
- Familiarity with identity governance best practices and compliance requirements.
