Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with hands-on expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, customization, and integration. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions, experience working across multiple SailPoint modules, and the ability to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant identity solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on all SailPoint modules, including Workflows, Connector Development, Integrated Applications, JML, and Access Requests.
• Develop end-to-end application integrations with exposure to Java.
• Deploy and configure SailPoint capabilities such as:
  • LDAP and Active Directory Integration.
  • Adaptive Multi-Factor Authentication.
  • Audit Logging and Reporting.
• Gather requirements and develop build map rules, LCM events, and workflows.
• Install, customize, configure, and support identity provisioning and governance tools.
• Perform installation and configuration of SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Develop IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ.
• Aggregate and provision users using various connectors.
• Design and create new audit reports, templates, ad-hoc reports, and maintain current audit reports.
• Manage source code and builds for compliance reporting.
• Identify risks and issues, and provide actionable recommendations to address them.
• Prepare documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Work with SailPoint APIs for custom workflow and rule development across modules.
• Administer, install, and troubleshoot IAM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Monitor tasks, initiate certifications, and execute reports within SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Essential Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Java Basics.
• Experience with connector development, workflows, and application integration.
• Proficiency in LDAP/Active Directory integration.
• Strong understanding of audit logging, reporting, and compliance.

Desirable Skills

• Advanced SailPoint customization and API-based development.
• Experience with adaptive MFA.
• Exposure to enterprise-level IAM solution design and deployment.
