We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using the SailPoint IdentityNow platform. The role will focus on delivering secure, scalable, and compliant identity management processes that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development: Build and customize SailPoint IdentityNow applications to meet business and security requirements.
• Access Management: Implement identity lifecycle processes including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and periodic access reviews.
• Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between SailPoint and other enterprise platforms such as HR systems, databases, and directory services.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure all identity governance processes align with regulatory standards and internal security policies.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support, resolve application issues, and optimize workflows for performance and reliability.
• Collaboration: Partner with security, compliance, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored identity governance solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow platform.
• Strong knowledge of identity governance concepts (access certification, RBAC, entitlement management).
• Proficiency in SailPoint workflows, connectors, and enterprise system integrations.
• Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, or other relevant scripting languages.
• Familiarity with security protocols such as SAML, LDAP, and OAuth.
