5+ Years Relevant Experience
Must-Have Skills
- Strong understanding of Identity Management concepts, including user lifecycle management, self-service, and reporting configuration.
- Good grasp of lifecycle management processes such as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) workflows.
- Experience with SailPoint Compliance Management, including certification campaigns, report generation, and advanced analytics.
- Hands-on experience onboarding connectors like REST, JDBC, Delimited Text, Active Directory, and building custom policies.
- Proficiency in implementing Quicklinks, Business Processes, Sub-processes, Call Methods, Rules, Request Forms, and Approval Workflows.
- Strong programming knowledge in Java and SailPoint IdentityIQ APIs.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ installation and configuration.
- Working knowledge of Linux-based infrastructure.
- Familiarity with JSF (JavaServer Faces) and Hibernate.
- Exposure to other Identity Management tools like NetIQ Identity Manager or similar platforms.
