We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Blue Prism and hands-on knowledge of Intelligent Automation and Generative AI (GenAI). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing advanced automation solutions that integrate AI-driven capabilities, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance RPA bots with contextual understanding, decision-making, and complex task execution beyond rule-based logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using Blue Prism, optimizing workflows and ensuring process efficiency.
• Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) technologies and LLMs into existing Blue Prism automations to extend cognitive capabilities.
• Collaborate with the BPM team to implement and integrate Business Process Management (BPM) workflows.
• Analyze and map business processes suitable for automation, translating them into scalable, maintainable RPA solutions.
• Participate in testing phases, including building and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT/UAT phases.
• Ensure compliance with formal change control procedures and documentation standards.
• Provide technical support and perform code reviews, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation or GenAI integration with RPA.
• Strong experience in Blue Prism RPA platform – bot development, deployment, and orchestration.
• Working knowledge of LLMs and GenAI concepts and their integration into automation workflows.
• Programming experience in one or more of the following: Python, Java, C++, .Net.
• Proficient in workflow logic and diagram interpretation; ability to convert written processes into visual representations.
• Understanding of automation testing, including building and documenting test cases.
• Familiar with formal software development life cycles (SDLC), especially Agile, Waterfall, and V-Model methodologies.
• Competent in intermediate spreadsheet usage and end-user computing tools.
