4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement RPA bots using the Blue Prism platform.
• Integrate Generative AI (Gen AI) technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), to enhance RPA bots for tasks involving contextual understanding, creative generation, and complex decision-making.
• Collaborate with the BPM team to ensure smooth delivery of BPM workflows.
• Participate actively in BPM integration processes.
• Identify and design business processes suitable for automation and implement optimized, efficient RPA workflows for clients.
• Build and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience or knowledge in Intelligent Automation.
• Strong development experience with Blue Prism.
• Knowledge or experience in integrating Gen AI with RPA platforms.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Python, Java, C++, or .NET.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for understanding and designing automation solutions.
• Experience interpreting workflow diagrams and translating written processes into visual representations.
• Excellent written communication skills to clearly articulate business processes and automation designs.
• Competence in end-user computing, especially intermediate-level spreadsheet usage.
• Familiarity with formal change control procedures and protocols.
• Understanding of various delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and V-Model.
