4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience‍

• Strong knowledge on IT Service Management processes
• Working knowledge of Software release Lifecycle
• Good understanding of application infrastructure and operating system
• Plan the release window and cycle across portfolios and components.
• Maintain and publish the release plan with the up-to-date roadmap.
• Track the progress, find issues, and identify risks.
• Communicate the release-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.
• Drive and monitor the progress to ensure releases are deployed on time
• Handle changes end to end related to release
• Maintain documentation related to release procedures, build, dependencies and notification list
• Maintain the Definitive Software Library up-to-date
