Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Power BI Lead to join our team. This role demands strong technical expertise in Power BI and Power Automate, along with proven team leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into insightful data visualizations and automated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Power BI reports and dashboards tailored to business needs.
- Provide Level 2 (L2) support for Power BI and Power Automate solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and business users to gather, understand, and analyze requirements.
- Lead and manage a team of Power BI developers and analysts, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Core Skills Required
- Expert-level knowledge of Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency in Power Automate and its integration with other Microsoft services.
- Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
- Japanese language proficiency – beneficial for engaging with Japanese clients or projects.
- Domain experience in Life Sciences (LS) – an added advantage for related projects.
