5+ Years Relevant Experience
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Developer to support, enhance, and develop on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with key Oracle HCM modules, fast formulas, report development, and integration support. You will play a vital role in the end-to-end application lifecycle, including implementation, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues within Oracle HCM Cloud, delivering high-quality solutions via service desk tickets and business projects.
- Document current and future state configurations, design decisions, and update technical documentation as needed.
- Triage and resolve production issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve root causes.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams on testing activities for quarterly updates, system-wide changes, and patches; document outcomes and suggest improvements.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas across Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Recruiting.
- Build and support medium to complex OTBI and BI Publisher reports, including XML templates.
- Manage user profiles and security roles using Oracle Security Console or REST APIs via Postman.
- Perform HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL) tasks for various Core HR and Talent Management business objects.
- Support the full application lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Contribute to enhancements using HCM Experience Design Studio, Page Composer, and (optionally) Groovy scripting.
Key Requirements
- Experience in at least two Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or data conversion projects.
- Mandatory expertise in the following Oracle Cloud modules:
- Core HR
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Oracle Learn
- Talent Management
- Experience configuring Redwood UI and using VB Studio.
- Proficient in Oracle HCM Journeys configuration and implementation.
- Additional experience in modules such as Payroll, Absences, Time and Labour (OTL), and Benefits is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of the Oracle Fusion HCM data model (HR, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits).
- Proven ability in developing and maintaining Fast Formulas, particularly for ORC and related modules.
- Proficient with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools.
- Strong knowledge of HDL/HSDL for Core HR, Payroll, and Recruiting.
- Familiarity with integration practices between Oracle Fusion HCM and external cloud-based systems.
- Strong technical writing skills to create detailed requirements, configuration, and test documents.
- Hands-on experience with security role configuration and user access management.
- Experience using Groovy scripting and Oracle personalization tools (e.g., Page Composer, Design Studio) is desirable.
