Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Support:
  Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion ERP – SCM modules including Procurement (PO), Inventory (IN), Manufacturing (MFG), and Cost Accounting (CA).
• Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
  Diagnose and resolve complex system issues. Verify Oracle configurations and coordinate with Oracle Support as needed.
• Integration Development:
  Build and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP).
• Customization & Reporting:
  Customize and develop workflows, reports, and dashboards using PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Patch Management:
  Analyze Oracle’s quarterly patch updates, perform impact analysis, and develop comprehensive test plans for regression testing.
• Collaboration:
  Liaise with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective ERP solutions.
• Offshore-Onsite Coordination:
  Collaborate and communicate across distributed teams to ensure seamless knowledge handoff and project continuity.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, especially in SCM modules (PO, IN, MFG, CA).
• Strong command over PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and OTBI reporting.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and ATP for integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of Oracle quarterly patch processes and related testing procedures.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and experience in onshore-offshore model coordination.
