6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support Oracle 19c in production RAC (ASM) environments.
• Perform Exadata migration and manage Exadata compute/cell node architecture.
• Handle database performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Utilize Oracle Data Guard, RMAN, and Data Pump for backup, recovery, and replication tasks.
• Administer and maintain ASM storage environments.
• Ensure database availability and provide 24x7 support.
• Create and maintain SQL/PLSQL queries and work closely with the application team.
• Design and implement reliable backup and recovery strategies.
• Perform performance testing, identify bottlenecks, deadlocks, and resolve critical issues.
• Document database policies, procedures, and standards.
• Support developers and collaborate across teams to ensure DB reliability and optimization.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle 11gR2/19c in RAC (ASM) environments.
• Proficiency in Data Guard, RMAN, Data Pump.
• Experience with Linux OS for Oracle database administration.
• Solid understanding of Exadata architecture.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL skills.
• Good knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
