4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX/CRM Solution Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud applications, particularly in CX Sales, CRM, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM). The candidate should possess a strong background in providing high-quality solutions, best practices, and architecture guidance within the Oracle CX ecosystem.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in at least two Fusion CX/CRM modules (CX, OCC) is essential.
- Exposure to Partner Relationship Management (PRM) is good to have.
- At least 6+ years of Solution Architect experience in CX Sales/CRM on Oracle Cloud.
- An experienced consulting professional with a strong understanding of:
- Oracle CX/CRM solutions
- Industry best practices
- Multiple business processes
- Technology design across Oracle product families
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Operate independently to deliver quality work products to customer engagements.
- Perform varied and complex tasks requiring independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technologies aligned with customer needs.
- Demonstrate functional and technical expertise to deliver solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
- May serve as a team lead on projects, guiding others in best practices and solution delivery.
