Key Responsibilities:

• Work with OpenText xECM PowerDocs to create, customize, and manage document templates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into documentation solutions.
• Investigate and conduct root-cause analysis for issues or defects.
• Contribute to project documentation and maintain quality standards across deliverables.
• Support and manage participation in multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
• Ensure documentation aligns with business goals and compliance standards.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Required Skills:

• Experience with OpenText xECM PowerDocs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
