6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
We are seeking an experienced Nice InContact Cloud Developer with strong expertise in IVR development using InContact Studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and coding call flows, integrating APIs, and supporting BAU operations in a contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IVR call flows using Nice InContact Studio
- Provide BAU support, issue resolution, and bug fixing in existing IVR and contact center solutions
- Design and develop strategies for NICE InContact Cloud solutions
- Work on Java-based IVR call flow coding and migration
- Create and integrate APIs with IVR systems
- Write and optimize SQL scripts for backend logic
- Utilize tools such as InView, InContact Press Path, InContact Softphones (MAX), and Call Back Tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless call center operation and performance
- Ensure high-quality communication and documentation throughout the development lifecycle
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Nice InContact Cloud solutions
- Proficiency in InContact Studio for IVR coding and strategy design
- Working knowledge of Java for call flow development
- Experience with API creation and integration
- Strong skills in SQL scripting
- Familiarity with InView, MAX Softphones, Press Path, and Call Back Tools
- Strong problem-solving and bug-fixing abilities
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
