• Provide day to day operational support for the NAC Management Service.
• Responsible for the design, planning, implementation, and operation of NAC setups and management.
• Integration of Networking devices with Enterprise Manager (Router, Switches, Access point etc).
• Troubleshooting of endpoints as per define ACL.
• Configuration of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise manager.
• Onboarding of new networking devices into Enterprise manager.
• Creating SOP’s & KB’s.
• Troubleshooting Knowledge.
• Performance Mgmt & Reporting.
• ITIL & ITSM Knowledge.
• Delivery agreed KPI’s and 100% compliance to endpoints.
• Firmware upgrade of counter-ACT devices and Enterprise Manager.
• Identify non-compliant system from Forescout NAC report.
