• Can understand how to read source document
• Can understand the safety information necessary to assess the ICSR case
• Can code theverbatim event using MedDRA dictionary
• Can assess the seriousness/listedness/causal relationship of the event
• Can read the source document in the medical point of view and describe the narrative chronologically
• Quality management ability
• Can perform quality retrospective review between the ICSR source document and data entry in the system
• Can review the accuracy of the coding of MedDRA and drug coding
• Can summarize the retrospective review results
• Management ability
• Can schedule the timeline to deliver the deliverable within due date
• Can track the status of the deliverables
• Communication and Writing skill
• Can communicate with client/global members with no difficulties
• Can write in logical and coherence manner
• Can report the status appropriately
