5 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
We are looking for a skilled MS SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and implement SharePoint-based solutions tailored to enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building custom site architectures, developing workflow solutions using Power Platform tools, and integrating SharePoint with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Architecture & Design:
- Design and deploy scalable and organized site structures, including hub sites and communication sites for plant-specific or enterprise use.
- Configure and manage custom metadata columns, content types, and taxonomies to support robust document management and search capabilities.
2. Custom Solution Development:
- Build Power Automate workflows for processes such as approvals, alerts, and data synchronization.
- Develop custom SPFx (SharePoint Framework) web parts for use in dashboards, interactive forms, and productivity tools.
3. System Integration:
- Create and manage connectors between SharePoint and external systems such as SAP, ServiceNow, or other third-party applications.
- Embed Power BI dashboards within SharePoint pages for live, interactive business analytics.
4. Testing & Deployment:
- Perform unit testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solution quality and usability.
- Manage deployment of custom solutions via the SharePoint App Catalog, ensuring compliance with governance policies.
5. Training & Documentation:
- Develop user-friendly training materials, user guides, and documentation for custom workflows and integrations.
- Lead training workshops for power users to demonstrate advanced SharePoint capabilities including Power Apps and other integrated tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong experience developing and administering SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2019/2016.
- Proficiency with Power Automate, SPFx, and Power BI integration in SharePoint.
- Hands-on experience building integrations with third-party platforms like SAP, ServiceNow, etc.
- Knowledge of Power Apps, SharePoint REST API, and modern SharePoint site provisioning.
- Strong understanding of enterprise content management and governance in SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure services is advantageous.
