5 Years Relevant Experience
We are seeking an experienced MS Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Dataverse, and related tools. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Development
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Power Pages, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
- Leverage standard and custom Power Platform connectors to create efficient RPA workflows and data-driven applications.
2. Integration
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, and third-party applications using connectors, APIs, and custom integrations.
- Ensure secure and scalable communication between systems.
3. Requirement Analysis
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and low-code solutions.
4. Testing & Deployment
- Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality and reliability.
- Manage deployment and release processes for Power Platform solutions following enterprise change management protocols.
5. Maintenance & Support
- Provide post-deployment support, monitor solution performance, and troubleshoot issues.
- Implement enhancements and improvements based on user feedback and evolving business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proficiency in:
- Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps)
- Power Automate & Power Automate Desktop
- Dataverse, AI Builder, Power Pages, Connectors
- Strong understanding of solution lifecycle, environment strategies, and governance in Power Platform.
- Experience in integrating Microsoft services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics 365) and external APIs.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functional teams.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, security roles, and permissions in Dataverse.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Copilot Studio, custom connectors, and Azure Logic Apps is a plus.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps for Power Platform.
