About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in customization, integration, and development within the Dynamics ecosystem. The role involves working on full lifecycle implementations, building scalable solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical applications.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, custom development, plug-ins, custom workflows, JavaScript, TypeScript, and web resources.
- Experience with Power Platform tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Custom Pages, Canvas Apps.
- Solid knowledge of .NET technologies, SQL Server, Power Platform, and SSRS.
- Proficiency across CRM functional areas: Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management.
- Hands-on experience with PCF Controls, XRM Toolbox, Web API, REST API, SOAP, and Azure Functions.
- Experience in full lifecycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365.
- Understanding of solution management and deployments across environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience with Jira, Azure Boards, TFS, and Git.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Strong requirements gathering and ability to produce high-quality functional documentation.
Responsibilities / Expectations
- Complete assigned development tasks within defined timelines.
- Prepare technical designs and related documentation.
- Perform unit testing, and support system/UAT testing and user training.
- Troubleshoot and fix defects to ensure solution stability.
