Job Descritpion of Microsoft dynamics 365 sales (CRM) Developer
6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionality using plugins, custom workflows, JavaScript, and Power Automate.
- Integrate CRM with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Perform system testing, debugging, and ensure proper documentation of solutions.
- Provide technical support and perform ongoing maintenance of existing CRM systems.
- Collaborate with business users and technical teams to define CRM requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure solutions follow best practices in security, performance, and user experience.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (CRM)
- Strong understanding of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, etc.
- Proficient in:
- Custom workflows and plugins
- Power Automate
- JavaScript
- Experience with CRM integration and data migration tools.
- Ability to perform system debugging, testing, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) and Azure services is a plus.
