We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manhattan Developer with strong technical expertise in Manhattan WMOS, Manhattan TMS, SCI, and Blue Yonder (JDA) Enterprise Planning and Demand & Fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supply chain technologies and ready to support and enhance critical systems in a fast-paced, retail-driven environment.

You will be part of a collaborative and customer-centric support team focused on delivering high-quality, scalable, and sustainable supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support, configure, and enhance Manhattan WMOS (2020+), Manhattan SaaS TMS, SCI, and Blue Yonder (JDA) Demand and Fulfill applications.
• Analyze and resolve production support issues related to supply chain systems with minimal turnaround time.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, IT, and business stakeholders, to understand system requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business goals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying gaps and proposing optimizations in workflows and configurations.
• Create and maintain technical and support documentation, including system configurations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and troubleshooting guides.
• Participate in system upgrades, testing cycles, and release deployments while ensuring minimal impact to operations.
• Provide on-call and after-hours support as needed to maintain system availability and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Manhattan WMOS 2020+
  • Manhattan SaaS TMS
  • Manhattan SCI
  • Blue Yonder (JDA) Enterprise Planning
  • Blue Yonder Demand & Fulfill (DnF)
• Solid understanding of supply chain operations, warehouse and transportation workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills—both verbal and written—to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment with a customer-first mindset.
• Experience with support tools, incident tracking systems, and documentation practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting retail or e-commerce supply chain systems.
• Exposure to cloud-hosted supply chain environments (SaaS).
• Knowledge of integration patterns between WMS/TMS systems and ERP platforms.
