6 to 8 Years of Relevant Experience
We are seeking a skilled Mainframe Natural/Adabas Developer with strong experience in Software AG technologies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of legacy systems and the ability to maintain and enhance business-critical applications.
Technical/Functional Skills – Must Have:
- 5+ years of experience in Natural and Adabas development, including strong knowledge of statements, syntax, and procedural programming.
- Proficient in coding and debugging Natural programs and maps, using Software AG editors and utilities in a professional environment.
Hands-on experience with:
- JCL – ability to execute programs, create files, and evaluate condition codes.
- RACF Security, IBM Passticket, and MVS console operations (preferred but not mandatory).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Serve as a Senior Developer, responsible for:
- Analyzing business requirements.
- Designing robust solutions.
- Coding and debugging mainframe applications.
- Conducting comprehensive unit and system testing.
