Provide Tier 3 support for video conferencing systems, troubleshooting and resolving complex issues promptly. You will work with manufactures such as Logi, Crestron, App space, etc.
Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams to ensure effective escalation and resolution of technical problems.
Problem management of platform and large-scale device issues. Work with OEMs and manufactures to resolve and deploy updates/fixes.
Demonstrate proficiency in working with and supporting Cisco / Logitech / Surface HUBs Video Conferencing equipment, ensuring seamless and high-quality video conferencing experiences.
Assist in troubleshooting Microsoft Teams Meetings, offering guidance and solutions to ensure successful virtual collaborations.
Conduct regular inspections and system checks in conference rooms to maintain the health and functionality of AV and network equipment.
Deliver IT AV support for large group meetings and events, ensuring smooth operation and technical assistance as needed.
Maintain accurate records of AV equipment inventory, configurations, and maintenance activities.
Understanding of Room Systems cabling and troubleshooting with respect to overall Room Peripherals like, Microphones, Displays, Schedulers, Speakers, Transmitters etc.
Understanding of Room Systems cabling and troubleshooting with respect to Camera Placements, Room Lighting, Proximity, Focus etc.
Expertise on E911, Free/Busy / Automatic Calendar options, Civic Address, Longitudes and Latitudes Mapping for Emergency Services.
Resource Account Provisioning, Decommissioning, Hiding any Room from GAL.
Knowledge of Active Directory Users and Computers.
Knowledge around networks with respect to VLAN.
Experience with Executive Level of Support with respect to Video Conferencing.
Ability to provide make-shift solutions to facilitate large meetings.
Understanding around the latest technologies with respect to Meeting Rooms and the market standards.
Understanding around the usage of DSP and Modulation with the equipment.
Good knowledge around PowerShell Scripting and Microsoft Defender / Intune.
Should have good communication skills to be able to communicate within the team and should have a methodological approach to develop configurations alongside different stakeholders and vendors.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to manage procurement, installation, and support of video conferencing equipment and services.
Must have experience with deployment mechanisms for Microsoft Teams Room Systems along with Vendor Coordination.
