Job Descritpion of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Foundation
4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Associate should be able to provide support 24x5 as L3 support.
- Basic understanding of ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot, analyze the incidents and provide resolution along with Root Cause.
- Installation of applications in supported environments.
- Monitor and support application and environments on which application is deployed.
- Deployment of application upgrades and fixes.
- Adhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Effective call management including logging, monitoring/updating, prioritizing, and resolving calls in a timely fashion.
- Provide resolutions to Break Fixes, create/modify scripts, resolve performance issues, and work on small enhancements.
- Communicates fluently orally and in writing and can present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understand renewal of SSL certificates, passwords.
- General understanding of networking/LAN/WAN/DMZ concepts.
Must to Have:
- IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) foundation certificate.
