Job Descritpion of IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) Foundation

4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Associate should be able to provide support 24x5 as L3 support.
  • Basic understanding of ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze the incidents and provide resolution along with Root Cause.
  • Installation of applications in supported environments.
  • Monitor and support application and environments on which application is deployed.
  • Deployment of application upgrades and fixes.
  • Adhere to ITIL guidelines for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Effective call management including logging, monitoring/updating, prioritizing, and resolving calls in a timely fashion.
  • Provide resolutions to Break Fixes, create/modify scripts, resolve performance issues, and work on small enhancements.
  • Communicates fluently orally and in writing and can present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understand renewal of SSL certificates, passwords.
  • General understanding of networking/LAN/WAN/DMZ concepts.

Must to Have:

  • IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) foundation certificate.
