4 to 6 Years Relevant Experience
Google Workspace Management:
- Administer and maintain Google Workspace services, including Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Chat, and other associated applications.
 - Configure and optimize Google Workspace settings to meet the organization's specific needs.
 - Monitor and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
 - Google Apps Manager.
 - Data Migrations.
 
Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security best practices to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
 - Manage access controls, authentication, and authorization within Google Workspace.
 
Integration and Customization:
- Integrate Google Workspace with other third-party applications and services as needed.
 - Create and manage custom scripts, apps, and workflows to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
 
User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, resolving technical problems, and assisting with user training.
 - Create and maintain documentation and training materials for Google Workspace users.
 
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor system performance and usage, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
 - Generate reports and insights on Google Workspace usage and performance for management.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a related field.
 - 5-10 years of experience Google Workspace management and support.
 - Proficiency in Google Workspace services and associated tools.
 - Strong understanding of cloud-based collaboration and productivity tools.
 - Knowledge of security best practices and compliance within Google Workspace.
 - Experience with scripting and automation using Google Workspace APIs (Additional requirement).
 - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
