We are seeking an experienced and innovative Flutter Developer to join our team in designing and building scalable, high-performance mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of hands-on Flutter experience, a deep understanding of modern application architecture, and a proven ability to lead technical initiatives. This role will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from solution design to deployment and support, in a dynamic Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy high-quality mobile and web applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Lead architectural decisions and solution design for mobile and web platforms.
• Develop from the ground up, building scalable applications with clean architecture and maintainable code.
• Manage and implement state management using tools such as Provider, Redux, or MobX.
• Collaborate across front-end and back-end teams, ensuring seamless integration of mobile/web applications with APIs and backend services.
• Architect, document, and develop System Design Documents, Integration Flows, and technical specifications.
• Manage mobile app deployment to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, including certification and provisioning profiles.
• Lead and mentor development teams, offering guidance on best practices, code reviews, and architectural patterns.
• Work within Agile frameworks, collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness across platforms and devices.
• Use Git and modern version control workflows for collaborative development.
• Stay updated with emerging Flutter technologies and continuously improve team practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Flutter Developer.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart (minimum 5 years).
• Proficient in Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) for native integrations.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web app architecture and responsive design.
• Experience with Flutter Web technologies and cross-platform development.
• Proficiency with architecture methodologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience deploying applications and managing certificates for the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in highly dynamic environments with shifting priorities.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Node.js, Express, or Firebase for backend integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps workflows.
• Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Exposure to identity and access management systems.
• Knowledge of content management systems (headless or traditional).
• Prior experience in the Telecom domain is a plus.
• Contributions to open-source projects or a strong portfolio of personal/professional apps.
