We are seeking a highly motivated Electrical Testing Engineer to support the development and validation of motion control testing systems. This role involves hands-on system integration, performance evaluation, control algorithm programming, and multidisciplinary collaboration across electrical, mechanical, and control domains. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in closed-loop control systems, motion control, and system modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute lab experiments for motion system validation.
• Perform system hardware integration, including sensor and actuator setup.
• Develop and implement motion control algorithms in a high-level motion controller programming language.
• Define performance specifications and create acceptance test procedures.
• Conduct system-level performance testing, analyze results, and generate detailed test reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on control design, hardware selection, and system optimization.
• Support the development of robust, automated control systems for manufacturing and validation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience in motion system tuning using closed-loop feedback control.
• Proficient in motion controller programming languages.
• Experience in defining acceptance test procedures and performance validation protocols.
• Strong foundation in system-level design with a multidisciplinary perspective.
• Understanding of robust control system design, including component and sensor selection.
• Experience in performance testing of electromechanical systems.

Preferred/Advantageous Skills:

• Knowledge of power electronics and circuit design.
• Experience with system modeling and simulation using MATLAB/Simulink or LabVIEW.
• Exposure to digital signal processing (DSP) and filter design.
• Familiarity with mechanical transmission systems, actuator specification, and industrial automation.
