8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience
We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Support Engineer with 8–10 years of experience to provide application support and troubleshooting for enterprise-level applications built on .NET Core and Angular. The ideal candidate should be proficient in database management, have exposure to cloud technologies, and be open to working in a shift-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and maintenance for .NET Core and Angular-based applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance, bugs, and incidents.
- Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to identify root causes and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor application health and ensure high availability and reliability of systems.
- Perform SQL/MySQL queries for debugging and data validation.
- Document support procedures, incident resolutions, and known issues.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and end-users.
- Be available for rotational or shift-based support, including weekends and holidays if required.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience supporting applications built on .NET Core and Angular.
- Good working knowledge of SQL and MySQL databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production support environment.
Preferred/Desirable Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
- Familiarity with Dynamic Yield and Contentful CMS is an added advantage.
- Exposure to ITIL processes and ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira.
