We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IAM Developer to lead the implementation and support of Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, with a focus on One Identity (formerly Dell One Identity). The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in IAM tools and .NET development to support enterprise-level identity governance and access provisioning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using One Identity or similar platforms.
- Work across the full identity lifecycle including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, role-based access control (RBAC), and authentication workflows.
- Customize and enhance IAM tools to align with business and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise applications using .NET technologies (C#.NET or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and application owners.
- Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement robust solutions for IAM systems.
- Document system components and development processes in alignment with the software development lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–12 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management tools and .NET technologies.
- Hands-on experience with One Identity (Dell One Identity tool) is strongly preferred.
- Mandate experience in at least one of the following IAM tools:
- Okta, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Oracle Identity Manager, Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).
- Strong programming skills in C#.NET or VB.NET and working knowledge of SQL Server.
- Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including access management, user lifecycle, RBAC, and application provisioning.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with REST APIs and WCF services.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with security and compliance practices related to IAM.
- Exposure to enterprise-level IAM implementations across diverse application landscapes.
