5+ Years Relevant Experience
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with strong expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in CRM customizations, .NET-based development, and system integrations, with a proven track record of delivering D365 CRM solutions across at least two projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and custom solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Design, configure, and develop customizations using Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, plugins, and custom forms.
- Develop and maintain integrations using .NET, Web Services, SSIS, and SQL Server.
- Support end-to-end CRM implementation, including configuration, data migration, deployment, and post-production support.
- Work collaboratively with functional teams to support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service processes.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and knowledge transfer for developed solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear status updates and articulating technical concepts.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM (D365).
- Strong functional understanding of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service CRM modules.
- Proficiency in Dynamics CRM customization, configuration, workflows, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience in .NET technologies, Web Services, SSIS, and SQL Server.
- Experience in CRM solution deployment and environment management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Delivered at least 2 end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
