6 to 8 Years Relevant Experience
We are looking for a Cybersecurity Developer with strong expertise in connected communication technologies, embedded system security, and cybersecurity requirement engineering. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing cybersecurity solutions for automotive systems, with a focus on PKI, Key Management, and compliance with industry standards such as ISO 21434 and R155. You will be expected to contribute to system-level security design, execute TARA processes, and work on secure communication implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and write cybersecurity requirements based on industry best practices and project needs.
- Execute TARA (Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment) processes, including attack tree derivation and work package definition.
- Design and implement cybersecurity solutions for embedded systems, including SecOC on J1939 and LIN protocols.
- Manage PKI solutions and Key Management Systems for both onboard (vehicle/ECU level) and offboard (cloud) environments.
- Collaborate with system engineers and architects to integrate cybersecurity requirements into embedded designs.
- Utilize Vector tools and HSM (Hardware Security Modules) in cybersecurity development.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 21434 and support type approval processes for R155.
- Develop documentation, test plans, and validation strategies for cybersecurity features.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of connected communication technologies (CAN, Ethernet).
- Experience in cybersecurity requirement engineering for embedded systems.
- Prior experience as a cybersecurity engineer or architect in embedded environments.
- Hands-on experience with PKI, Key Management Systems, and secure communication protocols.
- Experience developing or designing SecOC on J1939 and LIN.
- Familiarity with Vector cybersecurity solutions and HSM.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with automotive type approval for R155.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 21434 and TARA execution.
- Functional safety (FuSa) knowledge.
- Ability to derive attack trees and define work packages in the TARA process.
