We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in Cisco Contact Center technologies.
Experience:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in Cisco Contact Center solutions
Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Contact Center products: CVP, IVR, VXML, ICM, CUIC
- Proven expertise in operations and troubleshooting
- Experience in Cisco TAC case handling (an added advantage)
- Familiarity with PCCE (preferred)
- Implementation experience with Cisco Contact Center solutions
