Experience:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Cisco Contact Center solutions

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco UCCE
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco Contact Center products: CVP, IVR, VXML, ICM, CUIC
  • Proven expertise in operations and troubleshooting
  • Experience in Cisco TAC case handling (an added advantage)
  • Familiarity with PCCE (preferred)
  • Implementation experience with Cisco Contact Center solutions
