Job Descritpion of Business Analyst/Functional Analyst
5+ Years Relevant Experience
Must-Have:
- Hands-on experience with SDLC lifecycle including requirements gathering, designing, analyzing, and documentation.
- Experience in client communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Preparation and updating of Requirement Analysis, SRS, BRD, and RTM.
- Familiarity with Testing and SQL skills (preferred, but not mandatory).
- Domain expertise in Finance, Banking, or Insurance.
Good to Have:
- Testing knowledge with SQL.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in BFSI, BRD, FRD, UAT, and SDLC.
- Expertise in financial analysis, modelling, and forecasting techniques.
