We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented UiPath Business Analyst to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by understanding and analyzing business processes and requirements.
As a UiPath Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and contribute to the successful implementation of UiPath RPA solutions.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes and requirements.? Conduct workshops and interviews to elicit information and gather detailed requirements.
Analyze and document current state processes and identify opportunities for automation using UiPath.
Work closely with UiPath Developers and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements.
Participate in the design and review of solution proposals to ensure alignment with business goals.
Assist in the testing and validation of UiPath bots, ensuring they meet business requirements.
Provide support and guidance during the UiPath development lifecycle Skills:
UiPath Business Analyst Advanced Certification is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of RPA principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with process modeling tools and methodologies.
