Mandatory Skills (Minimum 5):

• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve automation issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.

Good-to-Have Skills (Minimum 2):

• Experience with AWS services in the context of automation deployment.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and project workflows.
• Basic data manipulation and querying skills using SQL.

Role Responsibilities / Expectations:

• Facilitate the migration of on-premise RPA bots to the AWS cloud environment.
• Conduct testing of automation processes and resolve any issues encountered.
• Monitor RPA systems to ensure consistent performance, stability, and functionality.
• Maintain documentation for troubleshooting activities related to RPA applications and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure RPA solutions are integrated effectively into business operations.
