• Networking & Infrastructure:
  • Deep understanding of data networking and key technology pillars, including:
    • Wide Area Networks (WAN)
    • Local Area Networks (LAN)
    • Platform Engineering
    • Virtualization
    • Cloud Computing
    • Storage & Backups
    • Firewalls
• Device & Configuration Proficiency:
  • Skilled in extracting and interpreting asset information from device configurations (e.g., Cisco, Arista, Fortinet, F5)
• Productivity & Documentation Tools:
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite: Access, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Database & Programming:
  • Experience working with databases and programming is a strong plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize innovative solutions
• Proven analytical skills with a systemic approach to problem-solving
• Solid working knowledge of network engineering and operations
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing analytical documents and delivering executive-level presentations
• High degree of creativity, technical expertise, and independent judgment

Certifications (Preferred):

• CompTIA Security+
• ITIL v3 Foundations
